Bereavement
Real-time tracking of deaths following bereavement
The Preventable Deaths Tracker’s searchable repository and analytical tools were used to identify deaths of people who have experienced the loss of a loved one in the preceding 12 months as reported by coroners in Prevention of Future Deaths reports (PFDs) since 2013.
This dashboard provides live statistics and trends of bereavement-related deaths, updating in real time as coroners write to organisations to act.
