Live surveillance of cancer PFDs

The Preventable Deaths Tracker (PDT) enables bespoke analyses of coroners’ Prevention of Future Deaths reports (PFDs) using our searchable database and analytical tools.

This live surveillance tool tracks deaths where coroners mention a diagnosis of cancer and write to organisations who must take action to prevent future deaths, automatically updating in real time.
